Virtual internships provide young individuals with practical skills, insights into various professions and industries, and a rich network of professional connections, thereby enhancing their personal and career development.

A particularly important feature of virtual internships is their capacity to promote diversity and inclusion. By overcoming geographical barriers, they offer opportunities to individuals from different parts of the world and diverse backgrounds to improve their professional competencies, regardless of their physical location or socioeconomic circumstances.
