Jelena Manić Radoičić

Jelena Manić Radoičić is Programme Advisor on the Improvement of Employability programme area. Through her work she contributes to the implementation of projects in the fields of education, employment, career guidance and counseling, and also participates in the development of manuals, analysis and practical policy recommendations. She is the author of BOS Career. She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, Belgrade, where she is a PHD candidate. Starting from 2006, she has been furthering her professional development in the field of career guidance and counseling and education, through numerous trainings, conferences and study visits, in the country and abroad, and since 2003, she's been active as project coordinator in the civil sector. She was a student of the XIII generation of Belgrade Open School’s educational program ‘'Future Studies'’. As a member herself, she has supported the work of workgroups for the drafting of both National Youth Strategies, the Law on Youth, the development of service standards for career guidance and counseling, and she was a substitute member of the Workgroup for the implementation of the Strategy for Career Guidance and Counseling in the Republic of Serbia and other workgroups.

Aleksandra Đurović

Aleksandra Đurović is a Research Coordinator of the Belgrade Open School. She coordinates and participates in the preparation of research projects, coordinates implementation of research activities within projects and conducts research project activities. She prepares and conducts research in the field of education, employment, and career guidance and counseling, and she conducts evaluations of educational programs and training courses. She graduated and got her master’s degree at the Department of psychology of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, and through non-formal education she gained knowledge and skills in the field of public policy analysis.

Marina Lukić

Marina Lukić is project manager within the Improvement of Employability programme area. Marina is engaged in domestic and international projects in the field of education, employment, career guidance, and counseling. She graduated in adult education from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. She gained her experience by engaging in non-governmental and business sectors in the areas of social inclusion of youth with disabilities, professional orientation, and human resources. She coordinated with Career Sector at the Center for Career Development of the Faculty of Philosophy and demonstrated on the course recruitment and selection in human resources.

Marija Milosavljević

Marija Milosavljević is a Project Coordinator at the Belgrade Open School. Through her duties, she contributes to the preparation, organization, and realization of project activities within the Improvement of Employability programme area. She coordinates activities of career and academic counselling. Marija is also the editor of the portal BOS Career. She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade and at the same faculty, she completed a Master`s degree in adult education department. During her studies, through volunteer engagements, she was active in fields of social support and inclusion of marginalized social groups.

Goran Radlovački

Goran Radlovački is a Researcher and a Project Coordinator within the Programme area of Improvement of Employability. He participates in Research Activities and implements research project activities. He contributes to the development of policy papers and preparation of project proposals. He acquired his graduate and MA degree at the Department of Scoiology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. He gained his experience through engagement in social research, and acquired his project development skills through non-formal education.
