The aim of providing expert support to the institutions is to contribute to the strengthening the capacities of the public administration and to introduce new and innovative mechanisms of work in the public sector.
Since its founding, the Belgrade Open School has been providing support to strengthening the capacities of public administration in a number of areas, some of which are: education, youth, and European integration. In addition to the direct support, BOŠ has worked on the introduction of new and innovative public sector work mechanisms.
As a result of that, the Support Team of the Belgrade Open School was established in 2008. The support team of the Belgrade Open School is in charge of providing expert, administrative, and technical support to the institutions, depending on the services required.
Expert support includes:
- Preparing strategies and/or action plans;
- Creating mechanisms for successful implementation of public policies;
- Conducting research;
- Providing expert advisory assistance;
- Establishing cooperation with different partners (institutions, business, and other economy organizations);
- Preparing and implementing consultative processes in creating public policies.
