Share&Envision – Sharpening Leadership Skills

Description
Sharpening Leadership Skills is a leadership programme of the Belgrade Open School, and its goal is setting new role models for future generations of leaders in the business sector. The programme is intended for leaders with rich experience and the potential for becoming modern global leaders. Global in the sense of developing their leadership competencies for corporate management on the wider market, and modern in the sense of developing the competencies needed for creating and increasing market values, with a distinct awareness about the values and changes in society which occur as a side-effect of their business. Modern global leaders are leaders who strengthen their self-confidence with constant learning and, working equally on both their personal, and professional development. They are very aware of the social circumstances and the traces they leave on the development of society and local communities by conducting their business.

What is the purpose of SHARE&ENVISION?

  • To put leaders in a stimulating environment with stimulating people
  • To encourage them to conquer new ideas
  • To tackle the great goals they set themselves
  • To expand the horizon of their knowledge.

Outcomes

Leaders know:
• How to strengthen their leader position (personal branding and reputation management)
• How to develop their leadership potentials (self-management)
• How to develop the leadership potentials of their team (mentorship skills)
• How to apply emotional intelligence competencies (networking, negotiation)
• How to demonstrate flexibility in their leadership approach (creative thinking)

Who is the programme intended for?
The programme is intended for leaders in high managerial positions with the potential to become global leaders of the 21st century.
