Stress Management in a Dynamic Work Environment

Description
The consequences of bad stress management, and the inability to recognize stress and its possible effects on co-workers, can lead to more or less serious obstacles in completing tasks, interpersonal relationships and long-term efficiency. By understanding the complexity of continuous exposure to stress in a dynamic work environment, and by using stress management techniques, we prevent that critical level of stress which endangers us and our co-workers.

The goal of this training is for the participants to gain an understanding of the term ‘’burnout’’, which is caused by the time and amount of stress piling. By understanding how ‘’burnout’’ is manifested in others, participants will know how to recognize the signs of ‘’burnout’’ and how to adequately help their employees. The aim of this gained knowledge is to enable participants to recognize ‘’burnout’’ in themselves and take the necessary steps to overcome this.
