Creative Thinking - Business Design

Description
Creative thinking, as a complimentary approach to analytical thinking, can open up a wide spectre of new possibilities. Creative thinking is a very disciplined process, with techniques and tools used by sucessful leaders in various fields and sectors: in finance, the food industry, energetics, telecommunications, new technologies, media, sustainable growth, sales etc. Henry Ford, Thomas Edison and Steve Jobs are creative thinkers par excellence. Perceiving a person as an emotional being that thinks, and not a rational being that feels, they have, with their people-oriented approach and problem solving, revolutionized the industry, and gained an incredible competetive advantage. With a focus on listening, empathy, thinking with both brain hemospheres, collaboration and experimenting, creative thinking is a very complex process based on a set of techniques and tools which gives the best results in problem solving and strategic decision making when the inputs are undefined, and outputs depend on the people's behaviour and reactions. The business sector in the world, and even more so in this region, is full of challenges to which, more and more often, there are no adequate answers. Some of those that this programme can provide answers to are:

  • How to best react to quick and unexpected changes
  • How to be a leader of the new age, properly react to changes and lead them
