The award "The Stars of Belgrade" was given to Belgrade Open School
The award "The Stars of Belgrade" was given to Belgrade Open School for the project "Evrokrem – strengthening young people of Belgrade for participation in the European Integration process" during the ceremony in the Old Palace on 22nd December 2011.
During the summer school "Evrokrem", more than 30 high school students were learning about the environment, youth policies and values in European culture.
The award "The Stars of Belgrade" was given to fifteen civil society organizations for their projects, which had been declared the best in 2011 and funded by the City of Belgrade. The awards were given by city secretaries, directors of agencies and offices that carry out public tenders for grants associations. The award ceremony, for the second year, was organized by the City of Belgrade's Agency for Cooperation with NGOs and European Harmonization.
The project "Evrokrem" was implemented by the Belgrade open school’s Centre for Research of Information Technologies (CePIT) of the Belgrade Open School, and supported by the City of Belgrade's Agency for Cooperation with NGOs and European Harmonization.
