Welcome to the internet presentation of the Centre for Religious Studies of the Belgrade Open School.

The Centre for Religious Studies (CIRel) was founded in 2000. The main activity of CIRel is the implementation of different educational programmes – seminars, workshops, summer schools for students and young activists of religious communities and NGO’s, online schools, research and conferences.

CIRel associates are university lecturers, theologians, members of churches and religious communities in Serbia and the Western Balkans region.

CIRel is focused on interreligious relations and their influence on other sectors of society, especially on the role of religions in general process of reconciliation in the Balkans.
