Evaluation of the Seminar “Industrial Relations”, Belgrade , 27 - May 2002
At the end of the Seminar, participants filled the evaluation forms, expressing the level of their satisfaction of various aspects of the Seminar and gave their suggestions and critics.
The first question was regarding the TOWN the Seminar was held in. 85 ,71 % was completely satisfied with the town the School was held in. 14,29% was partly satisfied.
ACCOMMODATION was evaluated as following: 75 ,58 % participants were completely satisfied with the accommodation, while 24,42% were partly satisfied.
100% participants were completely satisfied with the FOOD.
Regarding the ORGANISATION of the seminar, the results are the following: 92,86% participants are completely satisfied, 7,14% partly satisfied.
The INTENSITY OF WORK 100% of the participants defined as appropriate.
The next question was on the level of OBTAINED KNOWLEDGE. 57,14% gained a lot of new information, while 42,86% gained quite.
Judging the USEFULNESS of obtained knowledge, the participants declared: 64,29% found this information very useful, while 35,71% quite useful.
Evaluation of lecturers and moderators
The lecturers and moderators were evaluated according to four dimensions: PREPARATION for the lectures, CLARITY of lectures, USEFULNESS of lecturers and GENERAL IMPRESSION lecturers made on the participants.
